We set all our customers up with a powerful CRM system with an integrated Mobile Application called Lead Connect that allows you to run your business and manage your pipeline from your phone, laptop or desktop computer. Once the CRM and mobile app have been set up for your business, we build advanced AI automation systems that will answer phone calls, send out emails, reply to emails and also send out and reply to text messages. How does your pricing work?

Depending on what you are looking for, we make it simple for our customers to start working with us. We offer three (3) different affordable plans that can be combined as one (1) plan if you want to bundle all of the services that we offer into one low monthly cost. See our Pricing page to see each of our plans. If you are looking for Lead Database Reactivation, Brand Design or other services, we have a quote form for you to fill out and submit so we can send you a pricing proposal.

What kind of support can I expect?

We offer email and Zoom support, along with dedicated assistance to ensure that the custom systems created for you are operating and delivering results for you. Our business hours are 7 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday (US) eastern standard time. Emails received outside of our business hours will be answered on the next business day. Schedule a Support Call here or you can find most of the answers to your questions in our extensive support database which can be found in the Reply Amp desktop application's Support Library.

Do you offer training?

Yes, we provide on-demand training to help you understand and effectively use our tools and services.

What makes you different from freelancers?

We provide consistent support, a dedicated point of contact, and unlimited revisions, ensuring you receive comprehensive service.

Can you help with my existing tools?

Yes! We can integrate your current tools with any of the systems that build for you, ensuring that everything will work in harmony.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

Your satisfaction is our priority. We'll work with you until you are happy with the results. You can also cancel at any time and we will stop the monthly billing. Cancellations will result in deactivation of the systems that we build for your business and there will be a reactivation fee charge if you choose to come back and work with us again.
