We set all our customers up with a powerful CRM system with an integrated Mobile Application called Lead Connect that allows you to run your business and manage your pipeline from your phone, laptop or desktop computer. Once the CRM and mobile app have been set up for your business, we build AI agents trained with your brand voice paired with custom workflow automations that will answer phone calls, send out emails, reply to emails, plus send out and reply to text messages.

How does your pricing work?

Depending on what you are looking for, we make it simple for our customers to start working with us. We offer three (3) different affordable AI agent and automation bundles for a flat build fee with a low monthly cost. See our different AI systems and AI Agents by browsing our website. If you are looking for Lead Database Reactivation, Brand Design or other services, please complete the quote form so we can send you a pricing proposal.

What kind of support can I expect?

We offer email and Zoom support, along with dedicated assistance to ensure that the custom AI and automation systems created for you are operating and delivering results for you. Our business hours are 7 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday (US) eastern standard time. Emails received outside of our business hours will be answered on the next business day. Do you offer training?

Yes, we provide on-demand training to help you understand and effectively use our tools and services.

What if I'm not happy with the service?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We'll work with you until you are happy with the results. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel at any time and we will stop any monthly billing set up on your account. Cancellations will typically result in the deactivation of the Desktop and Mobile application, but may also result in website deactivation if we built a smart website that is hosted on our platform. By written request, we will release the service contract to another agency, which will discontinue our monthly fees and allow your platform to continue to function as it had at the time of the service cancellation.
